Service You Can Depend On

Small businesses shouldn't need to have a full-time computer staff just to manage a modest network. Linux and Unix are known for stability, so the main challenge is setting things up properly and responding to the occasional problem.

We can serve as the part-time system administrator for small businesses who don't need fulltime computer staff. For larger installations, we can back up employees who are computer trained but need help from time to time when a specific task exceeds their own resources.

The following is a partial list of the kinds of tasks a system administrator for a computer network may be called upon to perform. They involve management of many different facets of a system's (and network's) operation and administration.

This list is not complete by any means, but it offers an example of the kinds of support tasks Pananix can provide. They may be considered good uses of consulting time.
