[OA] Student Transcripts System Demonstration

Hi All,

There is a new transcript printing/storage system visible on the OA demo 
site on the report card page; right side.

Please have a look at both the posting scripting as well as the simple 
view.

The print transcript function will do multi-year calcs along with GPA 
averaging, A4 printing, etc.

Use the student number 10008 (Eric Cyr) which has been populated with 
multi-year data to see what the full transcript would look like.

This, along with the attendance scanning / form letters, will make up the 
1.98 release.

Any suggestions, questions, problems, please let me know.
