[OA] Open Admin - Multi Term Attendance

We really need enrollment records in term 1, 3, 4 for this to work with 
current repcard code. We (or you) could just recode this to use 1,2, and 
4 instead...

However, this would still mess up the term 3 entry for marks (really term 
2 for K-6).
