[OA] Course Code Link

Hi

On the Report Card Page, Add a new Subject, Open Admin has a link to view
course codes but clicking on the link gives me a "Forbidden" message.

"For Saskatchewan users, course codes are outlined by Saskatchewan Learning. I
have a K-9 online version here and a Grade 10-12 version is located here"

I have been unable to locate this information on the Sask Learning Site. Can
the course code link be re-activated?
