The following message came from Mckitrick.

"While viewing recorded discipline events for our school I notice that many of
the entries are automatically generated when a student has been withdrawn from
our school.  I am wondering why these are created? "

I notice that the following message is created by withdraw.pl
"Student has withdrawn from school - automated message"

What is the purpose of the above entry in the discipline report?
