[OA] Gradebook Assessment Item Addition

Hi Ryan / David,

I've modified the Add Assessment Items (Add Items) script on the gradebook 
on the demo site. It now lists existing groups as well as the common item 
weights (and count of items using that weight) within that group.

This should then allow teachers to add more items into groups and keep the 
same weightings for items within group (or half or double, etc).

Please critique and let me know if this solves/ameliorates the problem of 
adding items (and weighting them).

This is now done in a single 'testadd' script, so the script count is also 
down.
