As always, once you ask for help and get
Impatient waiting , you find the solution
Yourself!

Turns out that one of the students had a Percent sign
In his medical information and that messed things up.
I have replaced it with the word percent and all is
Working again.

Maybe we need to get a list of "bad" characters to
Try and keep the staff from using or find a way to 
escape them during the latex -> Pdf operation to make
things work.
