[OA] Home Schooled students

Hi
 
Has anyone used OpenAdmin (in Saskatchewan) to track home schooled students. I thought I could set up a "virtual school"  that consisted of the entire school division's home schooled students. If this has been done by someone, were there any problems or obstacles. The main purpose of using Open Admin for home schooled students would be to update Sask Learning quickly via the OA transfer page.
