[OA] How to deploy OpenAdmin on Linux platform?

Hi,

I downloaded OpenAdmin from
http://richtech.ca/openadmin/download/

I received the .tgz file and extracted it. But I
found perl code in it. I am not getting how to
deploy any perl based web application may be in Apache
web server.

Can somebody help us in perl application deployment?
