This is pretty ugly to contemplate (changing table structures in multiple 
schools). I think it would be easier just to make the script a 'little 
smarter' in how it handles things.

However, in the longer term, it might make sense to have all schools in 
the division with the same structures since then customization and 
rollouts become a big issue (and pain).
