Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm Piseth, an Open Source translator of KhmerOS Project in Cambodia. 
I'm interested in using OpenAdmin for schools in Cambodia. As i'm a translator 
and want to localize this program into my native language, so that i want to 
ask you how to localize it into Khmer language.
Could you please tell me how to do that?
