[OA] OA 2.4 error in evaldel0.pl

I see that the webpage error I mentioned earlier in evaldel0.pl was corrected in an update posted in the updates area of 2.4. Sorry about that. However, the second problem of a message appearing showing "No Student Found"  still appears.
